I would like to extend to you my best wishes that you had a great summer, and are ready for a new season of Tango!! Special thanks to all of you who have been supporting my milongas in Cedar Rapids and I sincerely hope you will continue to do so in a future. I am looking forward to another year of sharing with you the many experiences that tango brings to us - it's passion, intricacies, contradictions and mystery.
I will continue to offer two milongas per month, on the 1st and 3rd Sundays, and, per request of the majority, the music format will remain the same with a lot of traditional tango music and a touch of alternative plus a very popular 'mucho caliente' Latin mix. As for the lesson format and duration, there are different opinions. Currently, there is no practica in Cedar Rapids and the beginner lesson has to be included with a milonga. However, I am open to further discussions, so please don't hesitate to contact me regarding this or any other topic.
The immediate upcoming milonga dates in Cedar Rapids are October 7, and October 21, 2007. I am looking forward to seeing you on a dance floor at CSPS on the 1st & 3rd Sundays, 3:00 - 6:00 pm.

Tango Practicas (practices) are held every Tuesday at Iowa City Senior Center 7:30-9:30PM
There is no charge for practica. Adults of all ages are welcome.
