Here is another translation tool, and that same piece of text from the Asahi Shimbun. I'll post it into the experimental MOKO system. I've removed this URL because I think this is experimental and not designed for widespread public use. I'll try to write the author and see if he minds if I publish the address. Note the multiple frames. As I read the text in the top left window, I can click on an unknown kanji, and its prononciation ("reading") appears in the top right. When I click on a kanji in the top right window, it gives me more information, including a video of how to draw the character. This is a great way to study!
