Dear Dancers:
We're really excited about having Lorena and Ariel for our Tango
Workshop this weekend. We've had a minor change in venue due to a VFW
schedule problem. The workshop will be held:
At the Moose Lodge on Friday night and Saturday, 3151 Hwy 6, East
At the VFW on Sunday, 601 Hwy 6, between HyVee and Orschelns
I so apologize for the venue difficulties we've had. We're still
committed to finding one facility where we can schedule workshops far in
advance, and hope to have that process finished in the next month.
Please bear with us and continue to support the dance that you love.
We want to thank Dr. Willi Martens who has reserved a full workshop
space, whether he is able to attend or not. This kind of sponsorship
helps to ensure that our workshops hold each month (instead of your
devoted organizers holding their breath, trying to make it all work:) :)
:) Thanks again Dr. Willi! Another of our group has sponsored dancers
several times, but he has asked to remain anonymous. We appreciate all
that he does for us.
Another reminder to please register so that we know how many dancers to
be prepared for. Kelly and I will be providing light refreshments for
all sessions. For the milonga Saturday night please feel free to bring
your favorite appetizer and drink.
We're looking forward to seeing you Friday night. Remember that Lorena
& Ariel will do a short performance before the class on Friday night.
