These pictures were taken in Iowa City in June of 2004 during the wonderful weekend workshop taught by Lorena Gasse and Ariel Barrionuevo. Their energy kept us going and their enthusiasm and enjoyment of the dance was very clear. We learned some wonderful things about Tango from them. This visit to the Heartland was made possible through the kind help of Carlos Favre in calling our attention to this great Tango dance couple; Phoebe Grant for her work with Sheryll in arranging the visit. And a very big thanks to Sheryll Ryan for her very long and hard work of getting locations and arrangements and making the workshops actually happen in Iowa City!

Thanks to all the wonderful people who make Argentine Tango in Iowa City such a magical joy every single step!
