A number of Iowa City Tango Club members have studied with Robert at different conferences in the last couple years, and have enjoyed his teaching and benefited from his insights into tango. This is a brief oppportunity, but one certainly worth doing if you are able. We hope to be able to have Robert back in the future for a weekend of tango instruction.
Iowa City Tango Club is very pleased to have ROBERT HAUK coming to Iowa City for a One-Night-Only return visit.
He had as much fun as we did his first time here, so is stopping here on his way back to Portland!
Robert will be in Iowa City this Tuesday, July 17, 2007 beginning 7:30PM to teach us more tango! This class will be in lieu of our regular open practica.
As an extra treat--we'll have this class in the Main Hall of the Iowa City Senior Center (The Old Iowa City Post Office). Great wood floor, LARGE dancing floor, very high ceiling, very clear sound system, Air-Conditioned!
Those of you at Robert's earlier visit know how much fun it was--those who weren't, here's a chance!
The cost per person for this one class will be $15.00, and, as before, is quite reasonable.
Bring treats if you want--we can set up tables for them and make it a lesson/practica/party! You can bring beverages (pop, juice, tea, mate'), but please, no alcoholic beverages are permitted in City of Iowa City buildings.

Well-known and well-respected Portland Tango Instructor and DJ Robert Hauk is stopping in Iowa City this Tuesday, July 17, 2007 on his way back to Portland.
After the group lesson there will be time for practica/mini-milonga to keep the energy going!
