Walk-in Services

Education begins with access to health care. For many clients, our "Walk-in" or free services are their first encounter with the medical profession. We value these services because they are necessary services that enable clients to have positive and supportive health care experiences regardless of their financial ability.

The Emma Goldman Clinic is committed to helping ALL women receive quality reproductive health care.

The following free services are offered on a walk-in basis:

• Pregnancy testing and options counseling
• Prenatal and adoption referrals
• Blood pressure checks
• Birth control consultations
• Sexually transmitted disease consultations

We have also established an Access Fund that reduces other service fees for low-income women or provides small loans to help women distribute the cost of their health care over a longer period of time.
