All notation markers follow the note.

	-   below middle C
	+   above middle C
	#   sharp
	%   flat
	.   dotted note
	=   triplet
	&   tied note
	r   rest (follows same rhythm as notes)
	
	lower case   quarter note
	lower case   eighth note
	Upper Case   Half Note
	Upper Case   Whole Note

	By the way, when guitar chords are given, they are correct, but I am
	not entirely sure that they are in the same key as the given tune!  Hopefully
	you can figure it out.
