Research Topic - 20th Century Iowa - Business

Iowa business ventures began early in the state's history. The lumber industry followed upon the settlers offering them materials for building new homes and businesses. the railroad soon breached the Mississippi to deliver products and people to this new land.

Agriculture created a need for machines and John deere and others filled the need with new farm equipment.

Today technology is growing in Iowa mujch like crops did 150 ears ago.

Choosed a topic below to investigate a major business development or company and using one of the methods for presenting your findings prepare a report.
